  • Chlamydia trachomatis/Niesseria gonorrhoeae/Ureaplasma urealyticum Diagnostic Kit (PCR-Fluorescence)

    Chlamydia trachomatis/Niesseria gonorrhoeae/Ureaplasma urealyticum Diagnostic Kit (PCR-Fluorescence)

Chlamydia trachomatis can cause a wide range of diseases, involving the eyes, genital tract, rectum and other organs, and may be transmitted from mothers to babies. Gonorrhea is a major STD in China, caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection, and characterized by short latency and strong infectivity. Serious complications and sequelae can occur if it not cured in time. Ureaplasma urealyticum can cause urogenital tract infection, which is most closely related to female reproductive health. 80% of pregnant women have Ureaplasma urealyticum in their genital tract, which may infect infants via the placenta and lead to premature delivery, stillbirth or neonatal infection during delivery, causing respiratory tract infection. In addition, Ureaplasma urealyticum can also cause infertility. Therefore, rapid detection of Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Ureaplasma urealyticum is conducive to epidemic surveillance and development of effective prevention and control measure.

  • Streptococcus Pneumoniae/ Klebsiella Pneumoniae/ Legionella Pneumophila/ Haemophilus influenzae/Bordetella Pertussis Diagnostic Kit (PCR-Fluorescence)

    Streptococcus Pneumoniae/ Klebsiella Pneumoniae/ Legionella Pneumophila/ Haemophilus influenzae/Bordetella Pertussis Diagnostic Kit (PCR-Fluorescence)

Streptococcus pneumonia (SP), Klebsiella pneumonia (KP), Legionella pneumophila (LP), Haemophilus influenzae (HI) and Bordetella pertussis (BP) are the main pathogens of respiratory tract infections, often cause epidemic community acquired pneumonia in infants and children.

The kit uses real-time multiple fluorescent PCR technology, combined with an Automated Fully Enclosed qPCR Instrument, for the in vitro qualitative detection of Streptococcus pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Legionella pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae and Bordetella pertussis in human sputum samples, the test results can be used to assist in the diagnosis of respiratory infections.

The kit is combined with Automated Fully Enclosed qPCR Instrument for PCR in vitro extraction and amplification. The extraction and amplification are automated operation of the instrument, which is suitable for auxiliary detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and rifampicin resistance mutations.

  • Coxsackievirus A6/A10/A16/Enterovirus 71 RNA Diagnostic Kit(PCR-Fluorescence)

    Coxsackievirus A6/A10/A16/Enterovirus 71 RNA Diagnostic Kit(PCR-Fluorescence)

The hand-foot-and-mouth disease is a common childhood disease caused by enteroviruses. The incidence is mainly in children aged 5 and below, especially children aged 3 and below has the highest incidence. Most patients will have fever, skin rashes and ulcers in the hands, feet, mouth, etc.. A few patients may have fatal complications such as meningitis, encephalitis, myocarditis, pneumonia, and severe cases can lead to death. The enteroviruses that cause hand, foot and mouth disease are more common with Coxsackie virus A16 and Enterovirus 71. The methods of Laboratory diagnostic is mainly include virus isolation and nucleic acid detection.

  • Diagnostic Kit for detecting of 16 high-risk and genotyping of 16&18 human papillomavirus (HPV) (PCR fluorescence probe method)

Diagnostic Kit for detecting of 16 high-risk and genotyping of 16&18 human papillomavirus (HPV) (PCR fluorescence probe method)

The kit uses real-time multiple fluorescent PCR technology that combined with an automated fully enclosed qPCR instrument. It is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of high-risk HPV16, HPV18 and other 16 high-risk (HPV26, HPV31, HPV33, HPV35, HPV39, HPV45, HPV51, HPV52, HPV53, HPV56, HPV58, HPV68, HPV59, HPV66, HPV73 and HPV82) human papillomavirus (HPV) nucleic acids in cervical exfoliated cells or reproductive tract secretions. The test results can be used for HPV auxiliary diagnosis.

  • SARS-2-CoV(Covid-19)/Influenza A Virus/Influenza B Virus/Respiratory Syncytial Virus Diagnostic Kit (PCR-Fluorescence)

    SARS-2-CoV(Covid-19)/Influenza A Virus/Influenza B Virus/Respiratory Syncytial Virus Diagnostic Kit (PCR-Fluorescence)

The Influenza viruses include three types, A, B, and C which are pathogens that cause influenza. Among them, the influenza A virus is most likely to cause epidemic outbreaks. Because the influenza A viruses are prone to large-scale genetic mutations, it may increase infectivity and pathogenicity. Therefore, it can often cause large-scale and even worldwide periodic influenza epidemics and spread to large areas and caused death. The influenza B viruses often cause local outbreaks of influenza. The susceptible population of influenza virus is mostly the elderly, infants and children. The respiratory syncytial virus is the most common and important pathogen of lower respiratory tract infections in infants and young children. It is easy to cause bronchiolitis and pneumonia, resulting in serious infections and complications, and has a wide spread and high incidence.

  • SARS-2-CoV(Covid-19) nucleic acid detection cartridge (Real-time reverse transcription PCR method)

SARS-2-CoV(Covid-19) nucleic acid detection cartridge (Real-time reverse transcription PCR method)

The novel coronaviruses belong to the β genus. COVID-19 is an acute respiratory infectious disease. People are generally susceptible. Currently, the patients infected by the novel coronavirus are the main source of infection; asymptomatic infected people can also be an infectious source. Based on the current epidemiological investigation, the incubation period is 1 to 14 days, mostly 3 to 7 days. The main manifestations include fever, fatigue and dry cough. Nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, myalgia and diarrhea are found in a few cases.
